In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Felda Travel Sdn Bhd
Operational Support
Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
Monitor cleaning supplies and linen inventory, reporting shortages or needs to the supervisor.
Supervision & Training
Support training of housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company policies.
Provide guidance and feedback to team members to maintain quality standards.
Step in as acting supervisor when required.
Guest Service
Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Health & Safety
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns immediately.
Administrative Tasks
Assist with duty rosters and shift planning.
Record staff attendance and report to Housekeeping Supervisor.
Help in preparing daily housekeeping reports.
