Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment? Prairie View is looking for a friendly and professional Housekeeper to join our team on a PRN basis. Your work will make a real difference for our staff, residents, and visitors every day!
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the Prairie View campus spotless and inviting
- Empty trash and maintain assigned areas daily
- Maintain floors free of debris, stains, and clutter
- Clean restrooms daily following written procedures
- Keep offices tidy with weekly cleaning
- Communicate professionally and supportively with coworkers and supervisors

QualificationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum

Experience: 6 months Housekeeping experience preferred
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to read and understand instruction manuals and SDS
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to use chemicals responsibly
- Must be courteous and professional toward customers and co-workers
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist, work on hands/knees, reach above head, push floor equipment, and crawl under furniture, and work on a ladder
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for a minimum of two hours at a time
- Must be able to pass a Kansas Bureau of Investigation screen
