Responsibilities associated with this position involve maintaining the office premises in the cleanest most professional manner possible.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Daily maintenance of all offices and bathrooms.
• Responsible for cleaning windows.
• Collects shred documents from various locations.
• Collects and empties trash from offices and bathrooms.
• Breaks down all cardboard boxes for disposal.
• Collects trash and debris from around the outside of the building.
• Vacuum carpets in the offices.
• Clean coffee pots and maintain cleanliness of Galley’s.
• Other duties as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read and understand instruction as printed on cleaning products
• Ability to meet standard physical demands associated with this position is required including bending, stooping and stretching.
• Ability to perform occasional lifting of boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Extended periods of time will be spent standing performing the essential job functions.
• Ability to adhere to company attendance policy.
