We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Housekeeper Floater On Call to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

What You’ll Do

• Cleans and maintains resident homes, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dusts, polishes furniture, vacuums carpets, and cleans windows and floors.
• Performs deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Assists with guest rooms, moving furniture/equipment, and housekeeping or laundry support.
• Follows safety practices, attends meetings, and completes other assigned duties.

Position Details

QualificationsWhat You Bring

• Basic housekeeping and cleaning experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work one-on-one with seniors using patience and compassion.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.
