Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and residents' clothing
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or similar environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
