We have an opening for team oriented, full-time housekeeper for our West Bloomfield Campus. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented.
Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties:
- Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
- Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
- Trash removal
- Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
- Cleaning apartments.
- Assist with apartment turnovers.
- Other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills.
Skills/

Qualifications: Great customer service skills, Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.

Experience: One year of housekeeping experience preferred. Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.
