Now Hiring: Housekeeper – On-Call

Location: McClure Post Acute
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: On-Call (As Needed)

McClure Post Acute is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on an on-call basis. If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff, we'd love to hear from you.

As a valued member of our environmental services team, you'll play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility while supporting exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash receptacles.

• Replenish housekeeping and restroom supplies as needed.

• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines.

• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.

• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly.

• Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable, dependable, and able to respond to on-call scheduling needs.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
