Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas according to facility standards.

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas.

• Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies.

• Properly collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and soiled linens.

• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines at all times.

• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards promptly.

• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.

• Deliver courteous and respectful service to residents, visitors, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment and supplies as needed.
