The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel properties. This individual will work closely with the management team to ensure that our high-standards of cleanliness and comfort are consistently met. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated housekeeping staff and contribute to the overall success and reputation of our hotels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
• Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, ensuring schedules are organized and assignments are completed efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, including maintenance, front desk, and laundry.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and address any performance concerns.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
