At Unicoi State Park & Lodge, we take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector who is passionate about quality, consistency, and leading by example.

The Housekeeping Inspector plays a key role in ensuring all guest rooms, cabins, and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position works closely with the Housekeeping team to maintain quality control, support daily operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect guest rooms, cabins, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for arrival
• Verify rooms are properly cleaned, stocked, and meet brand and property standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly
• Work alongside housekeeping staff to support daily operations as needed
• Ensure proper use of cleaning procedures, supplies, and equipment
• Communicate clearly with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams regarding room status and priorities
• Assist in training team members on cleanliness standards and expectations
• Help maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and linens
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times

• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Previous housekeeping experience required; inspection or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and proactive mindset
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
