SIZEMORE INC.is hiring Housekeepers in Mebane, NC!

Join our team! We are hiring industrial cleaners to work with us in a top-tier distribution center, full of excellent amenities, well-designed spaces, and an unparalleled work environment.

Enjoy a four-day or night workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus!

Shift Schedule:

Day Shift: 7am-6pm

Night shift: 7pm-6am

Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour -- Weekly Pay on Friday!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restroom, breakroom, refrigerator, office, training room, security, prayer room, momma pods, closet cleaning, water cooler, and other duties as assigned. Candidates and associates should be aware that general warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning stations will be determined based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Restrooms and Breakrooms.
• Gather and dispose of all cardboard, other packing materials, wood, etc. from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
• Empty all trash cans/receptacles and replace liners to fit.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed including, but not limited to, augers, balers, waste compactors, etc.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school graduate or recipient of GED.
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping related experience preferred.

We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
