Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

- Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special cleaning needs

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services in a professional manner

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality management is a plus
