ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential part in ensuring our guest rooms and shared facilities meet the high standards Fox Glacier TOP 10 Holiday Park is known for. You will help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest who stays with us.

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

• Previous housekeeping or amenities cleaning experience (preferred, however full training will be provided to the right person)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• The ability to work independently as well as contribute positively within a team
• Excellent personal presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
• A willingness to carry out a variety of tasks as required
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and shared areas to high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Using cleaning products safely and following correct procedures for handling chemicals
• Adhering to Work Health and Safety (WHS) guidelines, ensuring safe storage and use of cleaning materials, and reporting any incidents
• Providing excellent customer service by responding to guest concerns and communicating effectively with the wider team, including front desk and maintenance
• Managing multiple rooms or tasks efficiently, prioritising workload, and reporting maintenance issues identified during cleaning
• Contributing positively to the housekeeping operation and supporting Hampshire Property Group values and service standards
