Job Location: Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082At Vicar’s Landing Oakbridge, our Housekeeping team helps create the clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment our residents call home. As a Housekeeper in Independent Living, your work goes beyond cleaning—you help residents feel proud of their space and cared for every day.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas to ensure a safe, sanitary, and inviting environment
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal
- Follow proper procedures for mixing and using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
- Ensure housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies are prepared and ready at the start of each shift
- Maintain and clean all equipment, returning it to designated storage areas at the end of the day
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards promptly
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and “wet floor” signage
- Provide respectful, friendly service when interacting with residents—always maintaining their dignity and privacy
- Follow departmental standards, schedules, and quality expectations in all work performed

Skills You Need
Must Have Skills
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice to Have Skills
- Previous housekeeping, hospital, or hotel experience
- Experience in senior living or residential environments
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
