Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. The position involves a flexible schedule with rotating weekends, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with potential for growth and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times
• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as required
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally and courteously

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and varied shifts
