Compensation: $15.92 - $18.04 / hour

Description

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week | Monday -Friday 7am-3:30pm | Rotating weekends, One holiday per year

Shift Premiums: Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm - Sun 10:59 pm) 0.50

What You’ll Do:

As a Housekeeper, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and vibrant community! You’ll bring energy and attention to detail as you ensure our spaces are spotless, safe, and inviting. Your work helps cultivate a comfortable environment where everyone feels right at home, and you’re part of a team that strives to make every day brighter and more enjoyable for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
• Vacuum and mop floors, carpets, and rugs.
• Cleans residents’ rooms, recreational areas, offices, and hallways as assigned.
• Change bed linens and make beds according to established standards.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or medical environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 35 pounds
