Position Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the PACE Program while adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas per housekeeping policies and procedures
• Ensure adequate supplies; request, transport, and store items properly
• Follow safety protocols, including proper handling of biohazard materials
• Maintain secure, organized storage areas
• Promote a respectful, calm environment for participants, visitors, and staff
• Follow assigned schedules and collaborate with team members
• Participate in required trainings and uphold compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Assist other departments and respond appropriately during emergencies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year experience with elderly/frail populations preferred
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment

Physical & Work Requirements (Summary):

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting (up to 20 lbs.)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
• Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform tasks
• Comfortable working indoors with physical activity throughout the day
