The Fitness Center is seeking a PRN Weekend Housekeeping Team Member to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of the facility's fitness, locker room, administrative, and clinical spaces while supporting daily operations through cleaning, laundry services, restocking supplies, and facility closing procedures.
The Fitness Center is more than a gym. It's a place where individuals and families come to improve their health, build healthy habits, and connect with their community. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll play an important role in supporting an exceptional member experience by ensuring our facility remains clean, comfortable, and well-maintained every day.
This position provides housekeeping support throughout the facility, with a strong focus on high-traffic areas including men's, women's, boys', girls', and family locker rooms and restrooms, the indoor running track, basketball court, racquetball courts, waiting areas, conference rooms, offices, and clinic spaces. Responsibilities include routine cleaning and sanitization, onsite laundry services, stocking toiletries and supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and assisting with end-of-day facility preparation to ensure the Fitness Center is clean, organized, and ready for the next day's operations.

Enjoy a consistent weekend schedule while helping keep our Fitness Center clean, welcoming, and ready for members. This position is primarily scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), with opportunities for additional hours as needed.
PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs.
