Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our cinema team in Widnes. This part-time role, starting early in the morning around 6am, is essential for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to an enjoyable cinema experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise all areas of the cinema, including auditoriums, toilets, and common areas.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events as required.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning procedures is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work early morning shifts.
