Why This Role is Unique

• Build Friendships: Enjoy the unique opportunity to develop long-term relationships with the wonderful people who call Wedgewood "home."
• Be the Solution: Use your good judgment to identify needed repairs, manage supplies, and help the community run smoothly.

Who You Are
• A People Person: You are patient, tactful, and flexible, whether you’re chatting with a resident or assisting a visiting physician.
• Detail-Oriented: You find satisfaction in a job well done and don’t mind the repetitive tasks that keep a community beautiful.
• A Team Player: You embody our ETHIC values: Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, and Compassion.
• Reliable & Adaptable: You are ready to support the community during various shifts, including holidays and weekends, to ensure our residents are always cared for.
• Physically Able: You are able to walk and stand for long periods, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
