Requirements

• Responsible for cleaning our holiday lets, to the highest standard ensuring the highest customer satisfaction is maintained
• Other cleaning duties such as rental properties when required
• Ensure supplies of cleaning materials are available, responsible for stock taking and notify line manager if reordering is necessary
• To sweep, vacuum, wipe down and dust areas
• Mopping floors throughout the accommodation
• Changing and making beds
• Laundry including washing and drying and noting quantities
• Ensure welfare facilities including toilets and kitchens are cleaned thoroughly
• Ensure cleaning materials are safely stored
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work areas
• To carry out any other duties as required to support the delivery of leisure offerings to the highest standard
• Set days Monday and Friday are essential
• Extra hours during the week when required to support team absence's and workload
• Opportunity for overtime
• Set days Monday and Fridays (8:00am -4:30pm)

Person Specification

• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety regulations including COSHH, manual handling and working at height
• Previous experience in a professional cleaning role
• High attention to detail, taking pride in work
• Highly organised and able to manage time efficiently
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
• Ability to work independently for periods of time but also work as part of a team
• Professional and personable manner
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Full driving license as travel is required
