Housekeeper / Residential Cleaning Technician

Position Summary

Diamond Fresh Home is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Housekeepers to provide exceptional residential cleaning services throughout the Southwest Florida area. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy helping others, and are committed to delivering a consistently outstanding customer experience.

Our team members work in beautiful private homes, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism while representing the Diamond Fresh Home brand.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform detailed residential cleaning services in private homes
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop all living areas
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Clean mirrors, baseboards, and other detailed surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
• Travel to multiple client homes throughout the Naples, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral and Fort Myers area
• Ensure every home is left clean, fresh, and ready for the homeowner

Qualifications

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Honest and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Authorized to work in the United States
