Stoa Group is seeking a full-time housekeeper at our luxury apartment complex in The Waters at Redstone. From daily cleaning of apartment homes, office spaces, and other areas on the property, the Community Housekeeper sets the standard for excellence in our apartment homes. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property
• Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces.
• Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
• Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor.
• Always maintains resident confidentiality.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Standing on one's feet for a long period of time, bending, and extensive walking. May be exposed to occasional unsanitary conditions, unpleasant odors, and hazardous (concentrated chemicals).

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
