Hudson on the Greenway is hiring a Housekeeper to help keep our apartment community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Keep common areas, offices, and amenities clean and presentable
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment
- Maintain assigned tools and work areas
- Provide professional, friendly service to residents and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred; multifamily, hotel, or commercial experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable walking the property and working outdoors as needed
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and equipment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
