What you'll do

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clean andmaintainprivate residences, rental properties,publicareas, locker rooms, and clubhouse facilities toestablishedstandards

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens

• Move throughout the propertyfrequentlyto clean multiple buildings,common areas, restrooms, and locker rooms

• Bend, stoop, reach, stretch, and lift repeatedly while performing tasks such as dusting, wiping surfaces, or cleaning floors
• Carry linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials to and from various areas across the community

• Make beds and change linens using repetitive upper-body movements

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and high-touch surfaces, often requiring extended periods of standing and movement

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum interior spaces, including hard-to-reach or confined areas

• Lift and empty trash bins and transport waste todesignateddisposal areas

• Wash, dry, fold, and restock laundry items as needed, including carrying loads to and from laundry areas

• Climb stairs or walk long distances across property grounds as part of daily cleaning routines

• Identifyand report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or supply needs to supervisors

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the use of cleaning products and equipment

• Maintain a steady and efficient pace to complete assignments within expectedtimeframes

• Additionalduties as requested byBluejack leadership.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired. • Previoushousekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred but notrequired

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending,lifting upto 50lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods

• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Mustmaintaina professional appearance and demeanor while on duty

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-quality environment for residents and guests

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

Mustpossessa valid Texas Driver’s License and meet thedriversafety policy requirements.

While performing the duties of this position, the employeeis regularly required tostandand move aroundfor the entirety or majority of their shift.The employee may be working outside or inside and indifferent typesof weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures,rainand sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employeeis also regularly required topush, pull, bend,liftand/or move up to 50 pounds. Likely this role will require the ability to drive a golf cart to transport from one area of the property to another in a safe and secure manner.
