Dynamic Systems is a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc. that provides facilities management, HVAC/mechanical services, grounds maintenance, and janitorial support for federal, state, local, and Tribal government clients. Dynamic Systems works in alignment with other Ho-Chunk, Inc. government contracting divisions to provide integrated, scalable solutions nationwide.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across assigned areas. This position performs a variety of custodial duties—including cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance—to ensure that facilities remain sanitary and welcoming. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team to support a healthy and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas

  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including high dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and floor care

  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company and OSHA standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for supplies and equipment

  • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners

  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations

  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies to ensure a secure work environment

  • Perform additional custodial tasks and related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred (medical or facility setting experience a plus)

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods

  • Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks and maintain productivity during shift hours

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, humidity)

  • Must be able to use cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (2nd shift). Some weekends may be required based on operational needs.
