As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall quality of guest accommodations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the resort's high standards of hospitality.

What You'll Do as a Housekeeper:
• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and resort units according to company standards and timelines.
• Consistently achieve quality and productivity goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, closets, patios, and other assigned spaces.
• Remove trash, replace linens, replenish supplies, and prepare units for arriving guests.
• Maintain inspection scores by ensuring rooms are free of defects and guest-ready.
• Properly use housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and supplies while following safety procedures.
• Report Lost & Found items immediately and follow established company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other housekeeping duties as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional guest service when interacting with guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring as a Housekeeper:
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload effectively.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must uphold Westgate Resorts' standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest service.
