We are currently recruiting for dedicated and professional Housekeepers to join the team at a luxury hotel in Chester City Centre. With both full-time and part-time positions available, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a prestigious hospitality environment renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Please note this is a non-live-in position, therefore applicants must be able to commute reliably to Chester City Centre.
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring guest bedrooms and public areas are immaculate and prepared to luxury hospitality standards.
Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to the highest standards.
Changing bed linen and replenishing towels, toiletries, and guest amenities.
Dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitising guest rooms and hotel areas.
Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or lost property promptly.
Ensuring all rooms are prepared and inspected prior to guest arrivals.
Maintaining cleanliness in corridors, stairways, and public areas where required.
Following hotel procedures relating to health & safety and infection control.
Handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
Delivering exceptional attention to detail and supporting the hotel's luxury guest experience.
Working efficiently to meet daily room targets while maintaining quality standards.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience within a hotel environment would be advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to commute to Chester City Centre for day shifts.
