OceanView at Falmouth is a 21st-century retirement community and a local, family-owned business. We are currently seeking Housekeepers to work 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours per week as new construction needs grow.

The Housekeeper position is responsible for all aspects of cleaning resident apartments and common areas throughout the campus.

We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to maintain all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance the resident experience by keeping our facilities clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy all areas to established cleanliness standards within designated time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
• Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in accordance with company policies and licensing laws

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism, speed, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the English language
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience.

Day shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Flexibility to work different days each week is required until full-time hours (40 hours per week) are reached.
