Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and all common rooms (including party rooms, children’s playrooms, and fitness centers) to ensure health and sanitation standards are met.
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooing equipment.
Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, dispose of trash properly, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Carry and replenish toilet items and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing or waxing machines.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Maintain storage areas and cleaning carts in a well-stocked, clean, and organized condition.
Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, applying wax or polish as needed.
Report all maintenance concerns—including burned-out lights, leaks, or broken equipment—to the Building Maintenance Department.
Disinfect equipment and supplies using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
Dust window blinds and other surfaces as assigned.
Follow all State, Federal, and Company safety rules and precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
Protect residents, guests, and property by observing all security and safety protocols; report any damage, theft, or lost/found items to supervisors.
Prepare rooms for meetings or events and arrange decorations and furniture for social or business functions.
Properly operate new equipment and adhere to safety procedures before use.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
