Schedule 3 hours per week

The Housekeeper is responsible for general housekeeping duties of rectory.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs cleaning of the home; including thorough dusting and vacuuming, and detailed cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms.
- Making beds and changing linens.
- Performing laundry duties.
- Performs maintenance on floors; including mopping, sweeping and cleaning other interior surfaces, to include windows.
- Performs trash gathering and removal.
- Performs additional duties as assigned and required to keep a clean and sanitary home.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral is mandatory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in cleaning including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
- Laundry and general home organization.
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, stand and move frequently.
- Knowledge of proper use and disposal of cleaning products.
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Travel Requirements:
No travel requirements are needed.
