• Clean and maintain property, buildings, and amenities including removal of trash, sweeping/mopping, disinfection, cleaning of restrooms, restocking household items (towels, chemicals, soaps, hand sanitizers, etc), cleaning of break areas, cleaning of grounds, etc.
• Observe all fair housing rules and regulations and comply with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for the care and inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment owned by the company
• Reports any maintenance needs to the Community Manager
• Inspects and reports any lighting outages (interior or exterior) to the Community Manager
• Operate within OSHA and company standards
• Any other tasks as assigned by the employee’s manager and/or in accordance with business needs

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize to ensure completion of work by given timelines
• This is a labor-intensive position with frequent bending/stooping/standing, exposure to chemical and the elements, frequent lifting of 20+ pounds, occasional lifting of 50+ pounds, ability to walk over multiple types of surfaces.
