Housekeeping - Little Ocmulgee State Park & Lodge
Are you passionate about creating welcoming, spotless spaces for guests to relax and enjoy nature? Little Ocmulgee State Park & Lodge is looking for dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team in beautiful South Georgia.
Nestled in both Wheeler and Telfair counties just outside of McRae-Helena, our lodge is a nature lover’s paradise. With scenic hiking trails, championship golf, fishing, mini golf, and so much more, we offer the perfect escape—and you can be a key part of making that experience exceptional.
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, cabins, and public areas. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you'll play a critical role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects the natural beauty of our park.
Make beds and change linens in accordance with lodge standards
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces thoroughly and efficiently
Dust, vacuum, and clean carpets, rugs, draperies, and upholstery
Replenish room amenities and supplies
Replace light bulbs, remove trash, and restock housekeeping carts
Follow proper procedures for lost and found items
Conduct final checks to ensure rooms are guest-ready
6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling demanding tasks
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
