WHO YOU ARE
You are someone who knows firsthand what it takes to clean a full board of rooms and understands the sense of pride that comes with owning your own floor. You've seen how the right leadership and organizational practices can make people's lives easier and make a team function like a well oiled machine. You know hospital corners aren’t just for hospitals and the perfect crease on a bed sheet makes you smile. It doesn’t matter where you are, you can’t help yourself from refolding the bathroom towels. You understand that "Housekeeping Appreciation" is every day, not just a week in September.
You thrive on the excitement that comes from turning a room during the 4 pm check-in rush. You can’t walk a hallway without picking up loose items, and your pockets are always full when you get home from work
