Join our resort team as a Housekeeper/Condo Cleaner, where you’ll go beyond standard hotel housekeeping. Unlike traditional hotel settings, this position involves cleaning fully equipped condos that include full kitchens, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and sometimes multi-level layouts. This is a physically active role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoy a more independent work style. You’ll be responsible for deep cleaning and preparing multiple units per shift, often located in different areas of the property. Because our condos are spread out and not centrally located, open schedule availability, reliable vehicleand valid driver's license are requiredto travel between assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
  • Strip units and remove all trash
  • Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks
  • Bathrooms - Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes
  • Bedrooms -Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linen
  • Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
  • Consistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resort
  • Ensures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures
  • Immediately reports Lost & Found items following established procedures
  • Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary
  • Ensure all inventory is in each unit
  • Replenishes houseware supplies as needed
  • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
  • Cleans entire unit inside and outside
  • Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays
  • Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • Good physical stamina; able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Follows safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful with guests and team members
  • Understands and respects guest privacy and property
  • Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push and or/move up to 35 pounds.
  • Able to communicate basic information clearly
