JOB TITLE: Admin Housekeeper

ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Housekeeping ADMIN

SUPERVISOR: Department Director

PAY RANGE: $12.00 - $20.00

· Must be insurable through CPN and have a valid Oklahoma drivers license

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.

To maintain and keep the facilities clean

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Pick up and remove trash

· Clean windows as needed

· Clean and disinfect bathrooms

· Vacuum and shampoo carpets as required

· Sweep and mop floors as needed

· Be available when needed in all areas of the facilities.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform other duties and projects as required by management

· May be required to work outside assigned schedule and over-time as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

· High School diploma or GED equivalent

· Ability to complete job tasks in a timely manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. Some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending,

stretching and working with strong cleaning chemicals may be necessary.

Normal office environment
