Job Description

Basic Function:

Cleans and prepares model apartment for viewing by prospective residents by performing the following duties.

Principle Responsibilities:

The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Housekeeper. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Functions:

1. Cleans units thoroughly and makes them ready for tenant move in.
2. Cleans and prepares amenities and common areas for viewing
3. Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
4. Replenishes bathroom supplies for model and office.
5. Assists with cleaning grounds and other maintenance when needed.

Requirements

Education Training and Experience:

High school education preferred; one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Abilities and Aptitudes:

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
