We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team! The individual in this position will perform general housekeeping duties ensuring that specified areas are kept in a safe, clean and orderly condition and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with state licensing and operating standards.
Additional responsibilities include:
Perform cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and/or floor care services to meet specific performance obligations.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
Observe safety rules and use safety equipment provided.
Report safety and maintenance concerns to maintenance department.
Report any cross-contamination issues to supervisor to initiate corrective measures.
Respond to campus visitors’ inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control procedures preferred.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations preferred.
Ability to work independently while adhering to policies and procedures.
Must be available for weekend shifts
Hours: This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position. Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Compensation: $15.00 an hour
