Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

  • Keeping our home tidy, fresh, and welcoming, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents and colleagues

  • Daily cleaning and sanitisation
  • Deep cleaning

What you'll bring to the role

Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.

  • You must be flexible within your role and willing to cover any potential shortfalls in support
  • It's required that you have a good understand of COSHH, infection control and safety
  • There are 8 individual flats to be maintained and an office space all within the same complex
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Being proactive and having attention to detail is important
  • High quality results and effective time management
  • Reliable, positive and the capability to maintain the physical demand
