Aspira Mayfair Terrace Retirement Living - Port Coquitlam, BC
Rate of Pay: $21.38/hr
This posting is for an existing vacancy.

We are looking for someone who would be able to pick up any of the below shifts any day of the week:

  • 9:00am - 5:00pm

  • 11:00pm - 7:00am (NIGHT SHIFT)

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be a welcomed team member, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives. As a Housekeeper you will do meaningful work everyday ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents’. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What makes you a great fit?

  • Ability to complete a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot cleaning walls, windows, and doors
  • Skilled in cleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, furniture, and common areas according to assigned schedules and procedures
  • Attention to detail when preparing rooms for new occupants, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and tour-ready at all times
  • Strong understanding of resident privacy and professionalism while working in occupied living spaces
  • Compassionate, dependable, and motivated by meaningful work that supports seniors’ quality of life
  • Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Flexible and willing to assist with additional duties as assigned

What you need to know:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is required
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
  • You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check
  • Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial Intelligence to screen or assess applicants for this position
