Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the organization of storage areas and equipment used for cleaning.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and housekeeping management is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
