SUMMARY
This role offers the opportunity to lead and support housekeeping operations across homes, village units, and lodge properties, ensuring clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready spaces. You’ll coordinate inspections, manage inventories, identify maintenance needs, and collaborate with leadership and staff to continuously improve service quality and efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clean homes, Village, and Lodge
• Obtain list of vacant homes, Village, and Lodge units which need to be cleaned Examines homes, Village units, and Lodge units to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and makes recommendations to management.
• Inventory furnishings, linens and dishware.
• Attend periodic staff meeting with other department heads to discuss company policies and patrons’ complaints, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Has firm understanding of property layout.
• Ability to travel ALL properties
• Inspect clean Houses, Village units, and Lodge units.
• Responsible for maintaining property FOBs.
• Has worked on property, in some formal compacity, for 3 months.
• Can lead a team of one or more Housekeepers.
