Lead the afternoon and evening routine for the child, including:
School pickup
After-school snack and homework support
Coordination with tutor as needed
Transportation to sports practices and activities
Dinner routine and evening wind-down
Additional responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining structured routines and weekly schedules
Supporting accountability systems such as chore charts or incentive tracking
Helping reinforce homework completion and behavioral expectations
Encouraging healthy alternatives to short-form media through reading, educational games, and structured activities
Helping implement consistent technology boundaries and device expectations
Meal preparation will focus on simple, consistent meals and snacks, while gradually introducing healthier options aligned with the child’s sports performance and activity level.
The child participates in an active sports schedule.
Responsibilities include:
Driving to and from sports practices and activities (basketball approximately four times per week)
Maintaining a clear sports calendar
Ensuring uniforms, gear, snacks, water, and timing are prepared in advance
Communicating scheduling needs or conflicts proactively
Running errands such as groceries, dry cleaning, or returns
Maintaining household supplies and inventory
Supporting basic vehicle care coordination (fueling, car wash scheduling)
Light home resets such as tidying the child’s room, making beds, and maintaining common areas
Ensuring the home remains organized and functional for daily life
The role may also include setting up simple systems for tracking household supplies, pantry items, and household essentials.

Support may include:
Researching product options and pricing (furniture, décor, home items)
Coordinating vendor appointments or deliveries
Organizing quotes and invoices
Providing clear summaries to help the family make decisions
The household values clear communication and organized systems.
Tools may include:
Shared calendars for school, sports, and tutor scheduling
Weekly written recaps summarizing progress and upcoming needs
Simple tracking systems for household inventory, routines, and project tasks
Candidates may recommend tools such as Google Sheets, Notes, or Notion to keep systems clear and consistent.
