HUM Homes is a boutique household staffing and home operations company that partners with thoughtful families who want their homes to run with the same level of intention, care, and excellence that they bring to their professional lives.
We work with founders, operators, creatives, and leaders who deeply value their families but whose lives are often full and demanding. Our role is to help build the operational support that allows their households to run smoothly, calmly, and sustainably.
The families we serve are not looking for traditional “staff.” They are looking for trusted partners who can bring structure, reliability, and calm to their homes while respecting the culture and rhythms of family life.
Our clients are thoughtful, engaged, and committed to building respectful, long-term relationships with the professionals who support their homes. At HUM Homes, we are equally committed to supporting both the families we serve and the house managers we place, ensuring everyone has the structure, communication, and guidance needed to succeed.
Our goal is simple: connect exceptional home professionals with families who truly value the work of creating a well-run home.

Running a home is a full-time job. HUM makes sure it's done right. We recruit and place dedicated house managers, then go further than anyone in the industry: we build a custom home operating system documenting every preference and standard, train your house manager before they start, and provide ongoing support for as long as it takes. No guesswork. No turnover cycle. Just a home that runs and a family that's closer because of it.
