About Our Family
We’re a busy family of five in Castle Pines, Colorado. Both parents work full-time in demanding roles, primarily from the office, with occasional travel. We’re ready to bring on experienced support to help our household run with more ease, structure, and flow.
We have three active, bright kids: a social and spirited 11-year-old who loves flag football, rec soccer, and socializing; a driven, sports-focused 14-year-old whose world revolves around competitive soccer and student council; and a creative 15-year-old who is deeply involved in theater, choir, and improv. All three carry strong academic loads and largely manage themselves — they just need someone reliable, warm, and present in their corner.
Our home is energetic, loving, and full of moving parts. We run on a shared weekly Google Sheet to keep everyone coordinated, and we are looking for someone who can plug into that system and help us run it. We communicate well, we trust the people we bring into our home, and we want our household manager to feel like a valued member of the team.
Despite our busy lives, we are committed to making more quality time for family moments, whether that’s supporting the kids in their activities or simply enjoying time together at home. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our home, help us maintain a calm and organized environment, and allow us to fully relax in our downtime.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You are someone who thrives on creating order and making sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—able to anticipate needs and tackle tasks without needing to be told. You take initiative and can work autonomously in a home environment while always keeping each family member’s needs in mind. We value someone who can read the room, step in when necessary, and handle tasks with a calm, steady energy—and of course, a great sense of humor is a must!
Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy with a knack for streamlining systems and managing schedules. You understand how to balance multiple tasks, juggle different priorities, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You should feel confident in taking on both household management tasks and assisting with the weekly cooking, always maintaining a sense of professionalism while also having fun with the family—and not taking yourself too seriously!
Above all, we’re looking for someone trustworthy and a solid communicator. Someone who understands the importance of keeping us running smoothly and can step in as a reliable, supportive partner long-term. We also need someone who understands teenagers and our small barky dog. If you're someone who is proactive, flexible, and enjoys the sense of satisfaction from making someone's life a little easier, with a good laugh along the way, you’ll be a great fit for our family. Most importantly, you take ownership of your domain and bring the kind of calm competence that makes a family feel like they can finally exhale.
