About Our Family

We are a busy, warm, and deeply intentional household that runs at full speed, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Our home is full of energy, laughter, and the beautiful chaos that comes with raising young children. Both parents work from home full-time, which means the house is always active, and the support we bring in needs to match that pace with professionalism and heart.

There are three spirited, joyful children who bring so much life to our days, and two cats who round out our household perfectly. We are looking for someone who fits into our family culture naturally; someone who feels like a true partner in running this home, not just a helper who needs constant direction. We know what good support looks and feels like, and we are ready to invest in the right person.

We live in a home that we want to feel organized, calm, and welcoming at all times. We have existing weekly cleaners who keep things in order on the surface, but what we truly need is someone who can go deeper — someone who sees what the household needs, builds the systems to keep it running, and shows up every day ready to make things better. We care about healthy living, especially for our kids, and we love a home that feels calm, well-run, and organized — the kind of place where systems work and everything has a place.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are a seasoned household professional who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing — you see it, and you handle it. You understand the rhythm of a busy family, and you bring a quiet confidence and a high standard to everything you touch. You're systems-oriented by nature: you love creating order out of chaos, building organization structures that actually stick, and maintaining them over time without being reminded.

You are warm and energetic with children. You genuinely enjoy being around them, playing with them, and making the after-school hours feel fun and grounded at the same time. You know how to hold structure and lightness simultaneously, and kids respond to you naturally.

In the kitchen, you're comfortable and creative. You enjoy cooking healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks, and you take pride in leaving a sparkling clean kitchen when you're done. You naturally take initiative, read the family's preferences, and keep the household stocked without being asked.

You communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and bring positive energy into the home every single day. You understand what it means to support a household where the parents are present but working, and you move with discretion, professionalism, and purpose. Flexibility isn't just something you tolerate — it's something you genuinely embrace. You are available, reliable, and excited to grow with this family over time.
