About Our Family
We’re a busy, fast-paced, and warm family managing multiple homes and businesses. Our household operates across several locations, and between work, travel, children, and business responsibilities, there is always something happening behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone whose role goes beyond completing tasks—they create capacity. The right person reduces decision fatigue, eliminates unnecessary stress, and brings order across multiple spaces, staying one step ahead so that we can focus on work, family, and meaningful moments. When this role is working well, we should be able to walk into any home, office, or workspace confident that everything has already been anticipated, prepared, and ready.
We value a proactive, service-oriented partner who treats each space as a living system that needs attention. Daily resets, tidying, stocking supplies, organizing, and preparing meals are all part of keeping the household and workspaces running smoothly. Privacy, discretion, and trust are essential; we’re looking for someone who can become a long-term extension of our household, making life easier for everyone.
Who We're Looking For
You are a seasoned, proactive professional who anticipates needs before they become problems. You don’t wait for instructions—you assess, prioritize, and take ownership of tasks, ensuring that homes, offices, and workspaces are always ready for use. From stocking lunches and preparing clothes to resetting laundry, kitchen, and office systems, you notice details and act independently.
You are calm, organized, and adaptable under pressure, thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly. You bring excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism while maintaining a warm and approachable presence. You understand the importance of privacy and can operate seamlessly across multiple properties and business locations.
You are dependable and committed, ready to provide consistent support during high-demand times, including specific annual events such as Fourth of July, Thanksgiving week and weekend, the week before Christmas, the day after Christmas, and family birthdays. You take pride in following through, solving problems proactively, and creating systems that keep the household running smoothly.
Above all, you are kind, trustworthy, and service-oriented. You genuinely enjoy creating order, reducing stress, and ensuring that everything is prepared in advance, allowing our family to focus on our work, our team, and our children rather than daily logistics. You are the person a family can rely on to keep life behind the scenes running effortlessly.
