What you’ll do
The Household Living Coach plays a key leadership role in bringing person centred care to life within our homes. Working closely with care teams and Homemakers, this role supports and strengthens everyday practice through coaching, education, and mentoring.
You will be highly visible in the households, building team capability, ensuring high standards of care, and fostering a culture where residents’ choices, wellbeing, and goals are at the centre of everything we do.
• Maintain a high standard of conduct and work performance, reflecting Uniting’s values and reputation with stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous service improvement in line with Aged Care Standards.
• Uphold Uniting’s values to maintain our strong reputation.
• Collaborate across programs to deliver seamless, resident-focused services.
• Engage in performance reviews to drive improvement.
• Model our values, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in aged or community care is ideal, but we welcome candidates with qualifications in similar industries
• Resilient, resourceful, and able to demonstrate Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day
• Certificate IV in Aged Care with medication
