  • Promote a positive team culture and address performance matters professionally.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.

About You

You will be someone who:

  • Is compassionate, calm, approachable and respectful.
  • Can confidently set professional boundaries while maintaining a kind and supportive approach.
  • Is flexible and able to adapt to changing participant needs and operational priorities.
  • Is a strong advocate for participants and always promotes their rights, dignity and choice.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and contributes positively to a team environment.
  • Is open to learning, feedback and ongoing professional development.
  • Has strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in disability support, with leadership experience highly regarded.
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care or a related field.
  • Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and person-centred support.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Current Victorian driver's licence, reliable vehicle and minimum third party car insurance.

What We Offer

  • Full-time employment across two SIL homes.
  • Ongoing training, mentoring and career development.
  • A supportive leadership team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.

If you are a compassionate leader, or an experienced support worker ready to step into leadership, we would love to hear from you.
