Our client, a prominent family based in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality, personal assistant roles, or royal/private family experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of household operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.

• Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and service.

• Act as the main point of contact for vendors, maintenance providers, and external parties.

• Coordinate private and social events, liaising with chefs, florists, and entertainment.

• Maintain household inventories and manage procurement of supplies.

• Provide PA-level support, including travel arrangements, diary management, and personal errands.

• Enforce household protocols and confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in luxury hotels, royal households, or high-net-worth private families preferred.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Highly organised, discreet, and capable of managing a multi-staff household.

• Professional demeanour with a hands-on and proactive approach.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: AED 18,000 25,000 per month (tax-free).
